This is was a fruit tree, i shot on an orchard near Homburg. It was a cloudy afternoon, and i liked the atmosphere with the dead tree on the one hand, and all that living stuff like trees, gras, bees and butterflies on the other.

This photo was shot on a beatiful summer day at the beach of Katwijk (NL). At that point the weather turned to somewhat cloudy, but nevertheless we had a beautiful day at moderate temperatur and a nice breeze.

I made this shot at an evening during early spring. I was in luck, as you don’t see many freighters on sundays because usually the ship hoists are closed on sundays.

This is a picture taken from Vorderlanersbach / Austria, showing the mountains in the “Zillertal”.
The ski area you can see at the top of the mountain is called the “Eggalm”.

What you can see here is part of the club site of the german soccer club FC Schalke 04.

At the bottom right you see a very small part of the abandoned Parkstadium, at the right you see the Marriott Courtyard hotel and a part of the rehab hospital Medicos.

Finally at the center you see the Veltins Arena which is the successor of the Parkstadium.
